Bulk Transfer Inventory between Locations: Transfer inventory in bulk between your locations, selecting the location that your inventory is coming from and going to. Search to add all products that you want to include and enter the amount to transfer for each. You can also use this tool to bulk move inventory from Available to Reserve states to set stock aside for events or club runs.
Offer Pickup Only Online: If you're not ready to offer shipping online, you can now hide the “Shipping” options during Checkout and Club Signup. This allows you to configure your shipping settings and still ship orders within Admin, while keeping the option hidden for customers. In your Shipping settings, make sure that none of your Shipping Methods have “Available on Web” selected and your website will hide the option automatically. Compatible with Frontend V2 only.

Bulk Edit Inventory: Instead of editing inventory counts one-by-one, now edit and update your Available and Reserve stock for multiple products at once. On the Inventory page, click Actions > Edit Inventory Counts. Update your current stock directly on the list page while referencing the total stock you have on hand. Read more.

Small Inventory Updates: When editing a product, there's a new link to view the inventory settings. Similarly, from the Inventory list you can click a product's title to view the product. Assign Tables on the POS: When working with open orders on the POS, there is a new action for “Assign Table” where you can select a location and table to place the customer. Quickly view assigned tables at the top of the POS alongside the customer's initials.
You can choose from locations and tables configured under Reservations > Locations. For each table, there is a new field for “Table Number” where you can assign up to 3 characters for a shortened table name to display on the POS such as T1 in instead of Table 1.
Storefront Template HTML & Scripts: If you're using the Storefront Template for your website, you now have the option to inject scripts into the <head> or <body> tag. (This is sometimes required to insert code for things like Google Analytics.)
You also now have the ability to enter custom HTML to override and customize the website header and footer. Please note that you will need knowledge of HTML and CSS to accomplish this on your own.

Dynamic Customer Tags for Club Members: Previously, you could create a Customer tag to dynamically apply based on Club Membership, but it would apply to Members of all statuses. Now, you can tag Customers based on if their Membership is active; to target current Members, or cancelled; to target churns. (If you're currently using the “Club Membership” condition in your Customer tag, we recommend updating to use one of the new conditions based on the exact status you want to find).
Future Dated Club Signups (Discontinued): You can no longer set a future Signup Date when editing a Club Membership. Any existing Signup Dates that have a future date will continue to function as expected, but they will not work with the dynamic Club Membership tagging listed above. If you have any questions, you can reach out to us for more information here.
Order Export Columns: When exporting Orders using the Order Detail format, there have been some adjustments to the previous columns. There are new columns to reduce manual calculations such as Product Subtotal and Total Item Tax. We've also added columns so that you can see information related to your alcohol sales like Bottle Quantity sold, Total Volume in MLs, and Total Volume in Gallons.

POS Kitchen Security: If an item has already been sent to the kitchen, users with a Basic permissions level will not be able to remove it from the Cart. Users with Standard or Admin permissions will need to remove the Product on their behalf.
Cancel On Hold Reservations: If you no longer need a Reservation Hold, you can now cancel it instead of deleting to keep a record of it within the system.

Webhooks for Gift Cards: Webhooks are now available for Gift Cards through the API, the Admin “Webhooks” area, and the Dev Center.
Additional Carriers when Fulfilling Orders: There are 3 additional carrier options when marking an order as fulfilled; GSO, ATS Healthcare, and Australia Post. When used, these will populate a “Track Order” button for the Customer through emails and online (Frontend V2 only). You will only see applicable carriers based on the Order's ship address.
Order Export Columns: “Refund Order Number” + “Previous Order Number” have been removed from the Order export CSV and replaced with a new column for “Refund/Exchange from Order Number” that encompasses both refund Orders and exchange Orders.
Wine Properties: On wine Products, you can now select the Varietal for Cabernet Pfeffer and Muscadine.

No Show Reservations: If a Reservation is marked as a No Show, the “Check In” button is now hidden from the list page to prevent accidental check-ins. (You can still click into the Reservation if the Customer arrives.)

Move5000 Receipt Printing: You can now print receipts directly from the Move5000 EMV device. Reservation Details: When viewing reservations, you’ll find a newly redesigned page to make it easier to edit reservations and see relevant information about your customers. While editing your reservation, guest count, date or time, you can now also check current availability so that you don’t overbook.
View an Order's POS Profile: If an order was taken on the POS, you can now see which POS Profile the transaction was placed on from the Order Channel card.
Cash Tip Rounding: When a customer enters a cash tip on the POS, there is now an option to round the tip. If selected, this will adjust their tip amount to the nearest dollar so that their final order total is an even amount.

Order Exchanges: You can now perform exchanges for Orders! If a Customer wants to exchange a Product, instead of refunding and then creating a whole new Order, simply start an Exchange, select the items to refund and add the new Products for exchange all at once. Based on the final Order total, you'll either refund the difference to the original form of payment, or charge the customer through any payment type, like you would for a normal order. Checking In Walk-In Reservations: When creating a Reservation via the Property Map, if the Reservation starts within the next 30 minutes, you'll see a new option to check in the Customer automatically upon “Save”.
Refund Orders: When viewing a Refund Order, you can now see a grey tag indicating if the item was returned to Inventory or not. “Return” will display if the item was refunded and returned to Inventory, while “Refund” will display if on a refund occurred.

If you haven't already, an Admin from your team will need to adjust the fee in your Commerce7 tax settings to meet the new requirements. Order Refunds: Refunding Orders has been improved. Quickly select the items that you'd like to refund. Refund back to a Gift Card if it was used on the original order. If the original order was for a Guest, attach a Customer record or create a new one to capture more Customer data.
Walk-In Reservations: Add a Walk-in Reservation directly from the Property Map. Click on any table that doesn't already have a Reservation to create one. Optionally attach a Customer, select the Reservation Type, and adjust the start time if needed. You'll be prompted for payment if required for the specific Reservation Type.
Property Map Reservations: When viewing Reservations from the Property Map, see a more detailed view of the Reservation and Customer. You can now cancel the Reservation or mark the Customer as a no-show without having to view the full Reservation page.

Frontend V2 Accessibility: Various updates have been made to Frontend V2 to further improve accessibility including better keyboard focus while using the side cart, automatic field focus when a form is submitted with an error, and additional markup for screen readers across both Cart + Checkout.
If the user is navigating the side cart using the keyboard ("tab" key), we now trap the focus inside the side cart, and don't allow them to "tab" outside of the modal while it's open. If it's closed, we return focus to the where it was previously.
When a form is submitted, if it has an error, we now automatically place focus on the first form with an issue
Alt tags for product images in the cart + checkout are now marked as null to reduce unnecessary repetition for screen readers. (Product list page images still use alt text for the time being.)
Additional (hidden) headings have been added to Cart + Checkout for easier navigation via accessibility tools.

Paystack, Gateway in Africa: We have integrated Paystack, a new payment gateway in Africa. It works with our V2 websites and V2 Admin panel. It's our go-forward gateway in Africa and represents many of the modern features that Commerce7 Payments and Stripe have.
Reservations: If a Reservation is unpaid, Customers will no longer be able to delete the credit card associated with the Reservation.
Bundles and Inventory: We have fixed/resolved most of the long standing issues with Bundles and Inventory. No longer will you see an 'add to cart' button on a Bundle that has no Inventory.
Designer Tags: For the v2 frontend, if you have a custom product template, you can now do 'if' statements around product images. For example <c7-if product-image-1></c7-if> would only display content if the first image existed.
