If you're not located in the US or Canada, the primary payment gateway for non-US clients is Stripe. You can get started by creating a Stripe account; learn more here.
Cancelling Your Current Gateway & Card Migration Options
Existing Commerce7 Clients
As an existing Commerce7 client, it is recommended to migrate your cards - and then to keep your old gateway active for about six months. This timeframe allows you to process any refunds related to previous orders. Once this six-month period has passed, you can proceed to cancel your old gateway.
The only clients who should continue to keep your gateway open are those who have Club Members and are transitioning from the WindCave gateway.
- Send an email to payments@commerce7.com and our team will guide you through the card migration process. We will work with you to facilitate card migration from your current gateway to Fullsteam Payments.
New/Onboarding Clients
- If you are a New/Onboarding Commerce7 Client, here are your options:
- Migrate your cards: Please send an email to support@commerce7.com and our team will guide you through the card migration process. We will work with you to facilitate card migration from your current gateway to Fullsteam Payments.
- Start fresh: If you choose to not migrate your cards, then you can simply start fresh in Commerce7 with no saved Customers cards.
