How to Change Your Bank Account for Deposits

Fullsteam Payments

  1. Contact Commerce7 Support at support@commerce7.com.
    Important: Be sure that an Admin Owner is the one writing in to request the change.
  2. A Commerce7 Support Specialist will contact Fullsteam Payments Support, with you included in the email communication.
  3. The Fullsteam Support Rep will provide you with a secure link to a form where you can input the new bank account details.
  4. You will receive confirmation from Fullsteam Support that the change is complete.

Stripe

  1. Log into your Stripe account.
  2. Navigate to the bank account settings.
  3. Make the change to the bank account and save.

Paystack (South Africa)

  1. Log into your Paystack account.
  2. Navigate to the bank account settings.
  3. Make the change to the bank account and save.
  4. Click here for specific instructions from Paystack's documentation.

CardConnect/Poynt

CardConnect/Poynt is a legacy gateway that we no longer support. Therefore, we would require that you migrate to one of the following gateways:
