      Sales Summary Report

      Report on Sales by Day, Month, Channel, POS Profile, Club, Order Tag, Customer, Ship County, Ship State, Bill Country, Bill State or Email Campaign.

      The Sales Summary Report allows you to quickly filter for and export Sales from various sources across Commerce7.

      Sales Summary Report

      1. Go to Reports > Orders > Sales Summary.

      2. In the Group By drop-down, choose what you'd like to focus on. (For example: if you'd like to see all sales by Sales Associate, choose 'Sales Associate' here).

      3. Select a date range for your report and refine your search further by clicking on the Filters button. Here, you can apply advanced filters, such as Sales Attribute or fulfillment status, to narrow down your results.

      4. You can view the filtered results displayed below the filter options. If you need to export this data, simply click the Export Report button, and a CSV file will be sent to your email.

      Why don't the Order totals in the Sales by Month export match the Order totals in Customers by Month export?

      The Customers by Month report only counts Orders where the Customer can be identified and excludes any guest/anonymous Orders.
