Can I charge a deposit for a Reservation and charge the remainder when the Guest checks in?

No, you cannot charge a deposit for a Reservation and then charge the remainder when the guest checks in.

The charge for a Reservation will depend on the Charge Type that you specify for each Experience. The Reservation will be charged accordingly based on the Charge Type you choose.

Reservations Charge Types:

  • On Reservation Booking: Card is charged upon completing the booking.
  • 48 Hours in Advance: Card is charged 48 hours prior to the booking time.
  • On Check In: Card will be charged upon Check In.
  • Don't Charge: Customer will not be charged (note that the Reservation must be priced at $0 for this to apply).
