Cart Error: Product Doesn't Meet Allocation Requirement
Sometimes, you may encounter a 'Product Doesn't Meet Allocation Requirement' error in a Cart. Here's what you should check.
Double-check the Allocation.
Confirm that the Allocation is configured properly and with the correct Product(s). It could be that there's a mistake (for instance, perhaps the incorrect vintage Product was tied to the Allocation).
The Product is definitely not in an active Allocation. What now?
The Cart was likely created when this Product was in an Allocation. And now that the Allocation is no longer active, that Product is in a bit of limbo.
Commerce7 has a 'persistent Cart' feature. This means that Allocation requirements will persist even if the Allocation is no longer active or has been deleted.
To resolve this issue, the recommended approach is to delete the Cart and start fresh with a new one.
