Why don't the sales on my Commerce7 invoice match my Sales by Month Report?

Curious why there may be a discrepancy between these two values?

All the reports are run on "winery time" - which is the time zone specified in Settings>General> Time Zone - and also account for daylight saving time.  Winery can change the "winery time" at any given time and all reports adjust automatically.

Commerce7 billing runs on UTC time - which never varies, has no daylight savings, etc. 

So depending on where you are located - your sales by month report may not match your monthly billing.
