Why do some of my club members show an expired card on file (CardConnect)?

This is a known limitation with the CardConnect payment gateway. If the card is updated using our credit card updater feature, the new expiry date will not be pulled into Commerce7. But it's only a display issue. The actual token will be linked to the updated card, so the payments will still go through.

 

Note that Fullsteam Payments does not have this limitation. If you use Fullsteam Payments, correct expiry dates are displayed in the Customer Record.
