Non-Shippable Products Do Not Require First/Last Name or Address Information

We collect the minimum information required to ensure an optimal Customer experience.

Products that are marked as non-shippable (example: Virtual Gift Certificate), do not require a First/Last Name or Address information from the Customer.

This is by design so that the checkout process is as streamlined as possible.

The only requirements are email address and credit card. Just a couple of clicks and they are done!
