      Overriding Default Inventory Location for an Existing Order

      Choosing an Alternate Inventory Location for an Existing Order's Fulfillment

      When fulfilling an order in the Admin panel, you have the option to override the default Inventory Location and fulfill it from an alternate Location. When you do this, the system will automatically generate an inventory transfer for you.

      Example: An order is marked to be picked up at Location A, but the Customer chooses to pick up at Location B instead.

      1. In the applicable Order, choose the Fulfill Order tab.
      2. Scroll down and check the 'Override Inventory Location' box. 
      3. This will open up a dropdown menu where you can choose the Location you'd like the Order to deplete from.
      4. Once you've made your choice, click the Add Fulfillment button.
      5. This works for both Pickup and Shipping Orders.
