When I fulfill an order can I choose the inventory location?

When fulfilling an order in the Commerce7 admin panel, you can now fulfill from an alternate inventory location and the system will create an inventory transfer for you. (For example, an order is to be picked up at Location A, but the customer comes to Location B. You can fulfill that order and switch the inventory to Location B which will do a transfer for you. This works with both pickup and shipping orders.)
