What does "Processing" mean in my Club Release?
Processing is referring to the club releases that are currently being processed. A club release shouldn't be in Processing for longer than a few minutes. It should only be a temporary status while the release is being processed.
If you have club releases that have Processing status, please let us know at support@commerce7.com. It's likely that a glitch occurred while processing the release and it got stuck in Processing status. We will need to get our IT team to move it back to Pending so you can try processing them again.
