What does "Processing" mean in my Club Release?
Processing means that the cards are actively being charged for a release. Typically, a club release should remain in this status only briefly - usually just for a few minutes.
If you notice that a club release is stuck in the Processing status, please contact us at support@commerce7.com. This may indicate a technical issue, and our team will work to reset the release to Pending so you can reinitiate processing as needed.
