What are "Pending" Club Sign Ups?

Pending Club Sign-Ups are similar to abandoned carts. These records show customers who almost signed up, but did not complete the process. 

It is common to see existing Club Members in the "Pending" status who also have an active membership. This means the customer could have done one of two things, 1. Began the "Sign Up" process on your website when they should have logged in, or 2. Visited the site previously, started the sign up but came back at a later date to finalize the purchase.

You can reach out to these pending sign-ups using a tag or integration, or you can do whatever you wish with this data.
