Tracking Club Attrition so that you can gauge Club success
Tracking Club attrition is essential for understanding the reasons why Members are leaving your Club(s). By monitoring cancellations and reasons for leaving, you can identify trends and make informed decisions to improve retention and overall Club satisfaction. Club Cancels by Month Report
- Go to Reports > Club Reports.
- Choose the Club Cancels by Month Report.
- Enter a date range.
- Each bar represents a Club. Float your cursor over each one to see details.
- Below that, you'll see the data laid out in a written format with Totals.
- Select the 'Email Report' link located in the upper left corner to send the results via email.
Club Cancels by Reason Report
It's also important to know why people leave your Club. Here's how you can see the Cancellation reasons.
- Go to Reports > Club Reports.
- Choose the Club Cancels by Reason Report.
- Enter a date range.
- Each bar represents a cancellation reason. Float your cursor over each one to see details.
- Below that, you'll see the data laid out in a written format with Totals.
- Select the 'Email Report' link located in the upper left corner to send the results via email.
Club Membership Queries
Alternatively, you can use a Club Membership Query to get cancellation data - and then export it.
- Go to Marketing > Queries > Club Membership.
- Click on the Add Query button.
- Choose the following Conditions/Properties.
- Click the Save Condition Group button.
- On the main page, click Run Query.
- Under Actions, choose 'Export Club Memberships'. The exported spreadsheet will display Membership data including 'Cancellation Reason'.
