How do I switch a Club Member from one Club to another?

If the Member is switching from one Club to another, here's how you do it:

  1. Go to the Club Membership area of the Customer Profile and click the Edit Membership button.

2.  Then click the Change button. Choose the new Membership from the dropdown list and save.

What does this do?

  • Cancels the existing Club Membership (No cancellation email is sent to the Member).
  • Cancellation reason = 'Switching to another Club'.
  • Creates the new Membership (Email is sent to the Member confirming the new Club Membership).

Club longevity is will be retained. Longevity is calculated by the total number of days the customer has been a member of any club.
