      Setting Date of Birth (DOB) requirement for Web Orders

      Go to Settings >. Compliance

      Choose the best option - based on your Compliance rules - and Save.

      What do the Options mean?

      • Always require full birthdate: Regardless of whether a state requires it or not, always require the Customer to input a full birthdate.
      • Only require full birthdate when needed by state reporting: Only require the Customer to input birthdate when their ship state requires it for reporting purposes.
      • Replace with age confirmation checkbox: Do not require the Customer to input their birthdate, but do require Customer to check a box verifying that they are over 21.
