      RedChirp SMS Text Messaging App

      Overview:

      Text, Video, Voice & More

      RedChirp allows you to engage your customers and prospects any way they prefer—including text, video, voice and more—all in the same simple, seamless interaction.

      With RedChirp you can:

      • Text with customers without having to give out your personal cell phone number.
      • Send bulk text messages, for example to let members know about a new release.
      • Collect payment information by text (useful for credit card declines).
      • Send a wide variety of automated messages, including shipping confirmation texts, reservation reminders, and more.

      Adding the App

      Add the RedChirp app by navigating to Apps & Extensions in Commerce7.
