Adding funds to your Paystack balance
There are times when you may need to add funds to your Paystack Balance (example: If you encounter an insufficient funds error while processing refunds).

Refunding directly within your Paystack dashboard
IMPORTANT: You should only refund directly within Paystack in very rare circumstances where you are unable to refund within Commerce7.
Why? If you process a refund directly in Paystack, it will not be reflected in the Order within Commerce7. This can result in inaccuracies in your reporting.

Creating a Paystack payment link
Paystack's Payment Pages allow you to create a simple payment form to collect either one-time or recurring payments. (Example: Wholesale payments that you would not otherwise want to run through Commerce7).
The Page can be accessed by a link you can share with your customers via email, WhatsApp, Twitter or any medium you choose. All your customer has to do is open it and pay you via the payment options on the Paystack Checkout.
