      Overriding the Price of a Product or Shipping on an Order

      You have the ability to override the price of a Product or the Shipping on any type of Order, whether it is a Club Order, POS Order, or Inbound/Admin Order.

      Overriding the Price of a Product on an Order

      1. Click into the applicable Cart.
      2. Click the Edit link on the Product you want to edit.

      3. Enter the final price you'd like to charge the Customer and then click the Save Item button.

      Overriding the Price of Shipping on an Order

      1. Click into the applicable Cart.
      2. Click the pencil icon next to the shipping line item.

      3. Enter the final Override Price (and/or Requested Ship Date and/or Shipping Service) and then click the Save Shipping button.
