      Does Commerce7 Manage Wholesale Orders?

      Commerce7 is dedicated to focusing on direct-to-consumer (DTC) commerce.

      Our platform is designed specifically for DTC orders and is not meant to handle wholesale orders. Therefore, we recommend managing wholesale orders through your accounting software to maintain clear data separation.

      It's important to keep DTC and wholesale customer data separate as they are distinct. Mixing this data can lead to skewed insights. For instance, failing to distinguish between DTC and wholesale orders can impact key metrics like average order value, lifetime value, and top-selling products. Trends can also be distorted, such as if wholesale orders are billed on Tuesdays, falsely inflating Tuesday's sales data.
