Clearing the Not Fulfilled and Awaiting Pickup Flags on a Refunded Pickup Order
Here's how to mark a refunded Pickup Order as 'No Fulfillment Required'
If you have a pickup order that has been refunded and no longer needs to be picked up, it's important to indicate that 'No Fulfillment is Required'.
- In the Order, click on the Fulfillment tab.
- Click the 'No Fulfillment Required' button.
- Refresh your browser. After refreshing your screen, you will notice the following:
- Pickup flag has been cleared.
- Order is no longer marked as 'not fulfilled'.
