Reporting on Discount Usage

To obtain detailed info about a specific Promotion or Coupon, we would recommend you create an Order Query with the Promotion Used condition to get a list of all orders that has used this promo. Then, you can select Create Tag from List and tag all these orders with a tag like "Used Promo XYZ"

Then you can perform an order export for the tag and select the Order Detail option when exporting. This export will provide you with all items in the order, as well as customer names and total sales.
