Generating a List of 'On Hold' Club Members

Create a list of 'On Hold' Club Members for export or tagging purposes

When you want to generate a listing of all 'On Hold' Club Members, there are two ways to do so:
 
Option 1: Generate a Club Export
  1. Go to Club > Memberships
  2. To the top-right of the table, click Actions > Export.
  3. Export your entire list.
  4. There will be a 'Status' column in the spreadsheet export to identify which memberships are currently on hold.

Option 1: Create a Membership Query

  1. From the Dashboard, go to Marketing > Queries.
  2. Click the Add Query button in the upper right.
  3. Choose Club Membership from the list.
  4. Title it and click the Add Condition Group button.
  5. In conditions, choose 'Membership Status' = On Hold.

  6. Click the Save Condition Group button.
  7. Click the Run Query button.
  8. Under Actions, you can Export or Tag the results.
