      Error: SubscriptionRequired: This API requires one or more subscriptions

      Why: Avatax credentials are not working in the API
      Resolve: Ask Commerce7 to test the connection in our Avatax sandbox. If it passes, then the Client will need to reach out to Avalara and have Avalara enable their account license to permit them access to the Avalara order APIs.
