Enabling the 2-week Club Reminder Email if Processing in Less Than 2 Weeks
Edit the Date for the 2-week Reminder Club Email
By default the 2-week reminder email is disabled if you create a Package that processes in less than 2 weeks. Here's how to enable it.
Enabling the 2-week Reminder Email
- Your Package must be in Active mode.
- Scroll down to the Communication section.
- Click on the Edit button beside the scheduled emails.
- Choose a date from the date picker.
- Click the Save Scheduled Emails button.
- Don't forget to edit the email content if you need to! Scroll up and click on the 'View' link.
- This will take you directly to the Emails page where it's pre-filtered for Club emails.
- Click on the 2-week email. Make changes as needed and Save.
