Duplicating an Order

Duplicating an order is a simple process. Simply click on Store > Orders > Click into the order you want to duplicate > Click More Actions and then click on 'Duplicate Order' option.

When you duplicate an order, it will not charge automatically. The duplicate function creates a cart. You then have to actually charge the cart for it to become and order and send the order confirmation email to the customer.

Note: When an order is duplicated the order channel will be set to Inbound rather than its original order channel.

If you duplicate an order with payment type of Other or Debit, the payment type will not be copied to the new order. All other order information will still be duplicated except for the payment type.
