Do Tracking Numbers Added in Commerce7 Get Sent to ShipCompliant?

We don't send tracking numbers from Commerce7 to ShipCompliant. If you add a tracking number directly to Commerce7, it will not be sent to ShipCompliant. You will want to manually add that tracking info in to ShipCompliant.

In general, tracking numbers are added to ShipCompliant and pulled into Commerce7 and both system will have the tracking information. However, it's not a two-way sync, if the tracking info is added to Commerce7, it will not be pulled in by ShipCompliant.
