Customer Profile Overview Sections/Blocks

Breaking down what each of the Customer Profile Overview Sections mean.

The Customer Overview tab gives you a quick summary of who this Customer is, including purchase history, shipping addresses and credit cards.

What do each of the Overview Sections mean?

  1. Club Member:
    1. Length of time the Customer has been a Member of a Club.
    2. What Club(s) the Member is a part of.
  2. Orders:
    1. Total number of Orders that this Customer has placed.
    2. Includes when most recent Order was placed.
  3. Lifetime Value:
    1. Sum total Order value (including taxes).
    2. Gross Profit: 
      Sum subtotal Order value (minus any Cost of Good entered on the Products themselves).
  4. Acquisition Channel (If you don't see this section, that means the Customer was added prior to when we began displaying this information (mid 2022):
    1. Channel by which the Customer was created/imported in Commerce7.
    2. Date that Customer was created in Commerce7.
  5. Loyalty (this section will only appear if the Loyalty extension is installed):
    1. Number of Loyalty Points that the Customer has earned.
    2. Loyalty Tier that the Customer is a part of.

Below the blocks, you will also see:

  1. Preview the 3 most recent Orders for the Customer (and click to view). You can also Add an Order from this view.

  2. View/edit the Customer's default address.
  3. View/edit the Customer's default credit card.

  4. At the bottom of the page, there is a visual listing of all Products (including quantity and date) that the Customer has purchased.
