Customer Profile Overview Sections/Blocks
Breaking down what each of the Customer Profile Overview Sections mean.
The Customer Overview tab gives you a quick summary of who this Customer is, including purchase history, shipping addresses and credit cards.
What do each of the Overview Sections mean?
- Club Member:
- Length of time the Customer has been a Member of a Club.
- What Club(s) the Member is a part of.
- Orders:
- Total number of Orders that this Customer has placed.
- Includes when most recent Order was placed.
- Lifetime Value:
- Sum total Order value (including taxes).
- Gross Profit:
Sum subtotal Order value (minus any Cost of Good entered on the Products themselves).
- Acquisition Channel (If you don't see this section, that means the Customer was added prior to when we began displaying this information (mid 2022):
- Channel by which the Customer was created/imported in Commerce7.
- Date that Customer was created in Commerce7.
- Loyalty (this section will only appear if the Loyalty extension is installed):
- Number of Loyalty Points that the Customer has earned.
- Loyalty Tier that the Customer is a part of.
Below the blocks, you will also see:
- Preview the 3 most recent Orders for the Customer (and click to view). You can also Add an Order from this view.
- View/edit the Customer's default address.
- View/edit the Customer's default credit card.
- At the bottom of the page, there is a visual listing of all Products (including quantity and date) that the Customer has purchased.
