Commerce7 offers 3 pricing plans including Basic, Pro & Experience. We also have a customizable option for Enterprise clients exceeding $5 million in annual DTC sales.
Billing FAQs
How is the 1.5, 1 and 0.5% Transaction Fee determined?
The transaction fee is billed by Commerce7 monthly and is based on the gross revenue of the previous 30 days, including tax and shipping fees, but excluding tips.
The transaction fee billed by Commerce7 is separate from the fees you pay to your payment gateway.
What other fees can I expect to pay with Commerce7?
There are no other fees charged by Commerce7. However, other fees you should consider when planning for your move to Commerce include the following:

Fees paid to a 3rd party Payment Processor (for credit card processing)

Any optional 3rd party Apps/Integrations you'd like to use
Can I pay by check?
You cannot pay by check. We only accept payment via credit card.
