Pricing Plans Overview

Commerce7 offers 3 pricing plans including Basic, Pro & Experience. We also have a customizable option for Enterprise clients exceeding $5 million in annual DTC sales. 

All Commerce7 plans include all the features of Commerce7, including CRM, Ecommerce, Wine Club, POS, Reservations and access to our API's. 
 


Billing FAQs

  • How is the 1.5, 1 and 0.5% Transaction Fee determined?
    The transaction fee is billed by Commerce7 monthly and is based on the gross revenue of the previous 30 days, including tax and shipping fees, but excluding tips.
    The transaction fee billed by Commerce7 is separate from the fees you pay to your payment gateway.
  • What other fees can I expect to pay with Commerce7?
    There are no other fees charged by Commerce7. However, other fees you should consider when planning for your move to Commerce include the following:
      •  Fees paid to a 3rd party Payment Processor (for credit card processing).
      •  
    Any optional 3rd party Apps/Integrations you'd like to use.

  • Where can I see past invoices?

  • How can I receive a PDF of the invoice?
    From your billing notification email click the blue "View Invoice in Commerce7" button or you can go to the specific invoice manually in Admin under Settings > Billing > select invoice.
    1. On your keyboard click Command + P (Windows) or Control + P (Mac)
    2. A window will open. Make sure that "Save as PDF" is selected at the top right, then click "Save" at the bottom.

    The PDF includes the invoice number, your business address and a breakdown of all charges. 
  • How do I change my card on file?
    1. Go to Settings > Billing

  • How do I change who receives the Commerce7 receipt each month?
    1. Go to Settings > Billing.
    2.

  • What do the Commerce7 receipt emails look like?

    The monthly receipts are generated by Commerce7 and will appear in the following format:

When should I change my Commerce7 Plan?

You can change your plan at any time. If your brand is consistently selling above $80,000 a month, you should consider changing from a 'Basic' account to a 'Pro' account.
Similarly, if your brand is consistently selling above $200,000 a month, you should consider changing from a 'Pro' account to an 'Experience' account.
