Changing Your Company's Primary Outbound Email Address

Editing/updating your customer-facing primary outbound company email address

To change your company's primary outbound email address, you'll need to update three specific areas within Commerce7. 

  1. Settings > General

    1. Go to Settings > General.

    2. Click on the pencil icon beside the General heading.

    3. Scroll down to the Primary Email field. Edit it and Save.

  2. Settings > Emails

    1. Go to Settings > Emails.

    2. Click on the pencil icon beside the Campaign Sender header.

    3. Edit the Default From Email and Save.

  3. Settings > Notifications
    1. Go to Settings > Notifications.

    2. Click into the applicable Notification.

    3. Edit the email address and save.

    4. Repeat for each of your enabled Notifications.
