Removing or Disabling the 'Cancel Club Membership' or 'Skip Shipment' Buttons on Your Website

Although you are able to disable the 'Cancel Club Membership' & 'Skip Shipment' buttons on your website, we encourage you to try offering more flexibility for your Club. Read about the benefits of doing so here.

If you previously had your designer disable the options online, reach out to them to adjust so that you can fully enable/disable them from Admin.

Removing the 'Cancel Club Membership' button

Go to Club > Clubs.
Choose a Club.
Toggle the 'Allow members to cancel online' button to 'off'.

Keep in mind, there are some regulations around allowing cancellation online and we would recommend reviewing this adjustment with your legal team first.

Removing the 'Skip Shipment' button

Go to Club > Packages.
Choose a Package.
Toggle the 'Allow members to skip their shipment online' to 'off'.
