Can club members pay for their club release with other payment methods?

Club releases can only be paid for with the credit card on file. This card can be changed, but there is no option to use an alternate tender or cash to process a club release. The reason for this is because of the scale of most club releases, where in processing a large number of releases, collecting cash or alternate tender would be a challenge.
