Access WinePulse directly from your Commerce7 dashboard
Who has Access?
Beginning October 20th, 2025, clients with an active WinePulse subscription will be able to use Single Sign-On (SSO) to access WinePulse reports using their Commerce7 login.
What is SSO?
If you're already logged in to Commerce7, you'll be able to access WinePulse without the need to log in a second time. With SSO, you'll only need to maintain one set of credentials for both systems.
Please note: Similar to Commerce7's existing reports, only users with Admin Owner or Admin User permissions will be able to access WinePulse.
Logging In
In Commerce7 under the Reports page, you'll see a new page for 'WinePulse'.
- Logging in from Commerce7: Go to Reports > WinePulse.
Clicking this will take you to WinePulse and log you in automatically to view your reports. - Logging in from WinePulse: You’ll see a 'I am a Commerce7 user' button. Clicking this will take you to Commerce7 to login and verify your account.
- If you’re already logged in, your permissions will be verified and then you'll be straight to WinePulse, no extra login required.
- If you’re not yet logged in, simply enter your Commerce7 credentials and once you sign in, you’ll be redirected back to WinePulse to access your reports.

FAQs
- Who has access to WinePulse reporting?
Commerce7 users with a permission level of Admin Owner and Admin Users will be able to access WinePulse reports through Single Sign-On. Any users who previously had access to all of Commerce7's reports, will now have access to WinePulse reports. - I used to have access to WinePulse but I don't anymore. Why is that?
- If you already have a Commerce7 account, but can't access WinePulse, this means your Commerce7 permissions are not high enough. Only users with an Admin Owner or Admin User permission level have access to WinePulse to be consistent with our existing permissions and roles.
- If you already had a WinePulse account, but don't already have a Commerce7 account, this is because the Commerce7 credentials are now used to access both systems. You'll need someone at your company with an Admin Owner permission level to create an account for you.
- How can I access ChatDTC?
If you previously had access to ChatDTC, please continue to log in with your previous WinePulse credentials. This is not yet included with the new Single Sign-On. - I can't access Dashboards on the PowerBi app anymore. Why is that?
Previously, WinePulse users could install the PowerBI app on their phones and view their dashboards by logging in with their WinePulse credentials. With the introduction of Single Sign-On (SSO), this integration is no longer supported and the PowerBI app will not function with the new login method. While we determine a possible solution, you can still access all of your Dashboards by navigating to the WinePulse login page on your phone by simply going to https://myaccount.winepulse.com/Reports and logging in.
