Use the Wine Club Membership Analysis Reports to analyze your Club Members based on:
- Attrition Rate
- Tenure
- At Risk Members
- Lifetime Value
- Overall non club sales
There are several DTC reports in this Wine Club folder allowing you to drill down and understand the trends of your various Wine Clubs and club member behavior.
Please note that if you have any wine clubs that have been renamed, many of the reports in these folders will only display the NEW club name, but rest assured the totals of sales for the old club name are included in the totals for the current (new) club.
