- How do I reach out for support on my WinePulse questions?
Send questions to support@commerce7.com. We're in the process of ramping up our team on WinePulse support, so we appreciate your patience as we transition.
- I am on Commerce7 and already a WinePulse customer. Will I still be charged for WinePulse? WinePulse core features will be available at no cost as we complete the rollout. Advanced options - such as multi-brand reporting, direct database access, and custom reports - will be billed separately. Detailed pricing information will be available on our website soon.
- I am on WineDirect and already a WinePulse customer. Will I still be charged for WinePulse?
Yes - you will be charged until you move over to Commerce7.
- What’s different from the old reporting in Commerce7? What is changing?
You can continue to access the previous reporting tools in Commerce7. As we integrate WinePulse directly into the Commerce7 admin panel, some reports may be updated or enhanced during the transition.
- Do I need to install or configure anything to use the new reports?
No this is a cloud-based service. You can access it from your web browser.
- I am not a WinePulse customer today. When will I expect to get WinePulse functionality in my Commerce7 tenant?
We will be rolling this out in the coming months. At the moment we are working on SSO (single sign-on) and data access.
- Will WinePulse’s ChatDTC be included or will that be an add on?
We plan to offer ChatDTC at no additional cost, with participation available through an opt-in process to ensure your data privacy preferences are respected. As this feature relies on AI, we may implement request limits or introduce usage-based pricing depending on demand and associated costs. Initially, ChatDTC will be free while we evaluate usage patterns.
