What is Customer Rank and How is it Calculated?

Customer rank is a ranking of how engaged a customer is with your brand. It's based off LTV, average order value, date of  last purchase was, if they are a club member or not, etc.

If it's trending down, a customer is becoming less engaged with your brand. If it's trending up a customer is becoming more engaged. It's on a rank of 1-100, 1 being the least engaged 100 being the most.
