What happened to customer rank?

The customer rank feature has been removed from the platform as of February 19, 2021. The product team is working on better options for a similar feature. 

Any tags, queries or cart carrot conditions that had customer rank as a condition were adjusted. Dynamic tags based on LTV and other values can be used to create custom tiers.
