This article is an overview of campaign stats and what they mean.
After executing a campaign, you will be able to access the stats such as opens, clicks, unsubscribes and revenue generated from the campaign.
To view the stats of an executed campaign navigate to Marketing > Campaigns. Then, search and select the campaign you would like to review.
All campaigns with a Processing or Executed status will have stats available. The campaign email stats will continue to update as each email batch is complete.
If you have a campaign with a red Blocked status, your campaign did not meet the batching requirements of the system (for example, the bounce rate exceeded the number of allowed bounces in a batch). Click here for documentation on batching or contact email@example.com for assistance.
There are three tabs available once a campaign has completed sending;
- Summary - provides overview of stats with campaign details and layout
- Events - full list of emails sent with filter options for open, click, spam, dropped, bounce, blocked, conversion and unsubscribed
- Conversions - a list and link to orders that were created by the recipient clicking the call to action button in the email
