Removing device from Pulse (Merchant Track)

How to remove a device from your Pulse (Merchant Track) account

Sometimes we will recommend that you remove and re-add your device to your Pulse (Merchant Track) account and POS Profile. Here's how:
    1. Access your Pulse (Merchant Track) Dashboard
    2. Go to Terminals > View Terminals.
    3. Click the Terminal ID that you are troubleshooting.

    4. Click Edit in the bottom right.
    5. Click the Remove icon.
