1. Help Desk

Get quick answers to common questions via Paystack's Help Desk / Knowledge Base.

2. Dashboard

Paystack merchants can contact Support via the Paystack Dashboard. Click the Support button at the bottom right corner of the screen. There, you'll be able to initiate a Chat or Email. Tip: Messages are prioritized coming in through this channel.
