How to use Email Instruction field

The club setup and the traditional club package has an Email Instructions field that can be used for specific details related to each club that you want to include in the transaction emails.

There is an Email Instructions field on the;

Email Instructions for Clubs

When a customer signs up for a club the same Club Signup Confirmation transaction email triggers for all clubs when the sign up is complete to confirm the details.

There is an opportunity by using the Email Instructions field on the club setup that allows you to include specific information based on the club the new club member signed up for. 

For example, you can include information about the next club shipment in the Email Instructions field and it will populate in the Club Signup Confirmation transaction email only when someone signs up for that club i.e. the Six Bottle Mix Traditional club in the example below.

To view where this content would be inserted into the email navigate to Settings > Transaction Emails > select Club Signup Confirmation Email and the content will be inserted where you see   {{emailInstructions}}.

Email Instructions for Club Packages

We highly recommend using the email communication available for club packages which automatically schedules to send all active club members and email 2 weeks before and 2 days before the auto process date. For more information about club emails view the documentation on Automatic Club Emails.

The same 2 week and 2 day transaction emails trigger for all club packages and there is an opportunity by using the Email Instructions field on the club package setup that allows you to include specific information about that club package. 

For example, you can include information about the club package in the Email Instructions field and it will populate in the Club Member Shipment 2 Weeks Away and the Club Member Shipment 2 Days Away transaction email only when someone signs up for that club i.e. the Six Bottle Mix traditional club in the example below.
