How to Skip a Club Shipment in the Admin Panel

Skipping a Member's Shipment so that it does not Process on the Auto-process date

  1. Navigate to Club > Club packages.
  2. Click on the relevant Club Package.

  3. Click on Step 2: Shipments.

  4. Click on the down arrow to the far right of the Member's name. 
  5. Choose Skip Shipment in the dropdown menu.Screen Shot 2024-04-17 at 4.42.26 PM
  6. Skipping the shipment will prevent it from being processed on the scheduled club auto process date.
