How long do shipments with issues display in Step 3 of the subscription club? 

Club shipments with issues i.e. an error that caused the shipment not to process, will display in Step 3 of the subscription club for 2 weeks after the original process date.
Club shipments are available to view for 2 weeks after the process date. After two weeks club shipments with issues will automatically archived.
A club shipment with a declined transaction will try to capture payment once a day within the 2 weeks after the process date. After 2 weeks of attempts the club shipment will automatically will move to archive. 
From step 3 you can select the club shipment, make changes and manually process the club shipment.
