How Long Do Carts Stay in Commerce7?

Commerce7 implements Persistent Carts, allowing Customers to view their cart items seamlessly across different devices. This functionality enables a Customer to initiate an order on their mobile phone while at work and conveniently complete it on their desktop computer at home.

How long do Carts stay in the system?

Commerce7 retains Carts for a period of 365 days, after which they are automatically removed from the system.

What about POS Carts?

In the POS portal, Carts will be removed after 24 hours. If you need to access or modify a POS Cart after 24 hours, it can be located in the Admin panel under Store > Carts.
