There are several self-fulfillment solutions depending on your needs.
Before you begin, please be aware of the following requirements
Shipping Software Accounts: You will need to have applicable account(s) set up with Australia Post, Aramex, Shippit, ShipStation, etc., prior to using any of these apps/tools.
Fulfillment Management Apps: These apps/tools are the connection between Commerce7 and your shipping software. Please keep in mind that there may be a nominal fee associated with most of these solutions.
How the connection works
Commerce7 → Integration App → Shipping Software
- Commerce7: Orders created via web, club, POS and marked as 'Not Fulfilled' are eligible to be transmitted.
- Integration App: Automatically passes eligible orders to shipping software via API
- Shipping Software: Manages carrier selection, label generation, tracking, and fulfillment status updates.

- Shipping Carriers Supported: Which Carriers do each shipping solution support?
- Automated vs Import/Export:
- Automated: Commerce7 sends/receives shipment data via the API (in other words, the systems talk to each other).
- Import/Export: This is a manual process that requires an admin to export and import data into each system. This is primarily done via CSV files.
- Additional Cost for 3rd Party Account: While Commerce7 does not charge for fulfillment integrations, most third-party apps and shipping platforms have their own pricing models. We recommend contacting your preferred provider to confirm costs based on your shipping volume.
- Label Generation: Labels are generated directly withing the shipping software portals. They are NOT generated within Commerce7.
