Duplicating a Club Release

Duplicate Club Releases to save time during setup of new Club releases

Duplicate a Club Release for quick setup.

  1. Go to Club > Club Releases.
  2. Choose the Release you want to duplicate.
  3. Under the More Actions menu, choose 'Duplicate'.

Notes

  • Auto Process Date: If you duplicate a Release with an auto process date that has already passed, you cannot edit the auto process date.
  • Automated Emails: By default, the automated emails will show the auto process date from the original Release you duplicated. Remember to update this date for the new Release.
  • Requested Ship Date: This does not copy over, so you will need to manually add it to the new Release.
