Issue: We had an issue causing emails to be delayed in delivery from 9:49 pm Jan 8th - 11:31 am Jan 9th PST which is now resolved and the system is fully operational.
August 1, 2025
- Issue: Intermittent issues database performance from 10:52am - 3:42 pm PST.
- Cause: Database performance issues for a specific pool.
March 18, 2024
- Issue: All APIs were down from 9:29am - 9:50am PST.
- Cause: Due to a configuration change in our system.
