      Changing or Switching Club Memberships in Bulk

      Move Memberships from one Club to another in bulk

      Bulk transfer memberships to a different Club

      1. Go to Club > Club Memberships.
      2. in the Actions dropdown, choose Change Club.

      3. In the popup modal, choose the applicable Club.
      4. Click the Send Email checkbox if you'd like the Members to be notified of the change.
      5. Click the blue Update button. You will be emailed once the action is complete.

      What will this do?

      1. Old club is now cancelled with a cancellation reason of, 'Switching to another club'.

      2. New club membership is created.

      ON HOLD MEMBERS

      Members who are on hold cannot be edited in bulk. If you need to change an on hold member, here's what you'll need to do:

      1. Remove the hold on the individual membership.
      2. Change the club.
      3. Add hold back onto new membership.
