Can I Disable the Order Shipment Notification Email?

Sending all of your order and shipping communications from Commerce7 ensures consistency in the branding and design of the emails sent. If you have notification emails triggered from your fulfillment warehouse or compliance provider, we would recommend you disable those and have your shipping notification sent by Commerce7. Your customers should only receive one shipment notification email to avoid confusion.

If you choose to disable a transaction email in Commerce7, this can be done by going to Settings > Transaction Emails, finding the Order Shipment Confirmation email, and choosing Disabled for the Status.
