FAQ

  1. Does C7 Lite limit website implementation to Storefront only, or can a winery use a fully custom website design if they'd like to?

    C7 Lite is not limited to Storefront. Wineries are welcome to use WordPress or another website platform to connect with Commerce7 at their own expense.
  2. If I sign up for C7 Lite, can I upgrade to the full version at any time? 

    Yes. Contact support@commerce7.com to begin the process.
  3. I signed up for C7 Lite when I had lower sales volume. What happens when I hit the $100k threshold? 

    You will be automatically moved to the Basic Tier, and will be billed accordingly on your next billing cycle. Once you are billed for Basic, you will immediately gain access to all of the more advanced features on Commerce7.

  4. Is there a catch with the $0 transaction fees?

    No catch. We don't take a percentage of the winery’s sales. They only pay their standard Credit Card Processing (CCP) through Fullsteam, which is IC (interchange fee)+ 2.5%.

  5.  Once a winery switches from Lite to Basic, can they go back to Lite if needed?

    No, once a winery upgrades to Basic, they cannot downgrade back to the Lite plan.

  6. Can a winery on Lite still use their favorite third-party apps?

    Absolutely. They have full access to the App Store.
