Are you concerned about Wine Club members who frequently visit the Tasting Room for complimentary tastings with their friends and family, pick up their shipments, but rarely make additional wine purchases?
Identify these members to evaluate the overall value they bring to your Wine Club and determine if adjustments to your club structure or benefits are needed.
- Choose 06- Customer Analysis

- Choose 04- Sales and Customers Detail by Channel

- Choose a date range.
- Choose 'All' from the X-Customers dropdown.
- Click the View Report button.

- Scroll to the Tasting Room section.
- Click on the sort arrows (twice) in the Tastings column.

- This will display those customers with the highest number of tastings at the top.

- Download the results to Excel.

- Once exported, use Excel to filter and sort data so you can focus specifically on Wine Club members - reviewing metrics like number of tastings, visit dates, sales totals, and bottles purchased.
