The purpose of this report is to calculate how long members stay in a club on average (or the 'club tenure').
This report analyzes the tenure of members who have cancelled, calculating the average length of time they remained in the selected club(s).
By combining this average tenure with each club’s annual revenue, you can estimate the average revenue generated per club member - valuable insight for optimizing sales associate sign-up incentives across your different clubs.
This report does not display average tenures of active or on hold members.
This report can also be used in combination with the 04- Wine Club > Membership Analysis > Members at Risk to show existing club members who are approaching or are beyond the average cancellation term.
Calculate Club Cancellations & Average Club Tenure
- Choose 04- Wine Club
- Choose 01- Membership Analysis
- Choose 04- Average Tenure
- Enter Date Range, Wine Club & Cancel Reason.
- Click the View Report button.
- View the graph & grid of results.
- Download to your preferred format if-needed.
